BAAD! Mission: The Bronx Academy of Arts & Dance is a workshop and performance space dedicated to cutting-edge and challenging works of emergent and established choreographers, directors, playwrights, dancers, poets, musicians, dancers and artists.

For Theatrical/ Performance Productions by individual artists or tax-exempt 501(c)3 performing arts organization:

$225/day for any Fri/Sat or Sun. $125/day for any Mon.- Thurs.	A day is defined as 7 hours from arrival to tech to end of performance and locking of the performance space.
Two day package $375 for weekends	Includes 7 hours per day plus 6 additional free rehearsal hours.
Three day package $460	Includes 7 hours per day plus 6 additional free rehearsal hours.
Four day package $535	Includes 7 hours per day plus 10 additional free rehearsal hours.

For Dance and Performance Rehearsals: $8- $15 per hour
Additional tech hours are calculated at $20 per hour. Additional performance hours or performance overruns are calculated at $50 per hour.

For community meetings: $15 per hour

For general events average rate is: $95 per hour

Actual fees for events, production, meetings or rehearsals may be less or more depending on the needs of the individual production or event.
